GENERAL REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
Changes in distance may be made after registration, provided there is availability in the newly selected distance and the registration fee has been fully paid, with an additional processing fee of $15 USD.
If the change is to a shorter distance, the price difference between the original distance and the new distance will not be refunded.
If the change is to a longer distance, the participant must pay the difference in registration fees between the two distances, in addition to the processing fee. This difference will correspond to the rate in effect at the time of the distance change.
Distance changes can only be made until Monday, June 9, 2025, provided that the above conditions are met.
NO** refunds of any kind for any reason whatsoever, regardless of the time of request, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
The runner can transfer to another runner who must be notified by mail and the new runner must register through the platform according to the specifications given by mail, and the new participant must comply with the basic requirements for registration (such as INDEX).
Registration is personal. However, at Torrencial Chile, it will be possible to transfer a registration to another runner until Monday, May 19, 2025, provided that the runner benefiting from the registration transfer also meets the registration conditions.
The original registration fee will not be refunded, and a processing fee of $15 USD will be charged to the new runner, who must register on the official registration platform
Registrations will be made exclusively through the Internet and payment will be made by credit card, debit card and other Mercado Pago® options.
For the longer distances of the event, a valid UTMB INDEX will be required (valid means that you have finished qualifying races that award UTMB INDEX, regardless of the score itself).
